Kindly find attached the short report and background information for the four kids that received April support from the amount that AOO received through your help. The kids were very grateful and even happier were the single mothers who thanked God for the cooking oil, corn flour, soap, rice and sugar that they received. We trust that God will open up ways so that we can facilitate the schooling of at least one or two of the dire situations like Jerry John.
We also need prayers since most of the regions around are now submerged under the floods due to rainy seasons, the schools are widely used as temporary holding areas for families and food has become scarce and diseases rampant. Continue putting our Homa Bay region in your prayers.
Thanks and God Bless you
Paul Omondi, a 7years old boy is an orphan, he is in class one Homa Bay Primary school. His father died 3years ago. Her mother has no job hence makes life very difficult for that family. Her mother cannot afford even two meals in a day and getting his school fees and basic needs is a problem.
Thanks to those who are touched to donate towards Allied Orphans out today Paul will have a meal on his table. We pray that God may bless you as you continue to support these children.
Agwambo is a little boy five years of age. His parents separated when her mother was six months pregnant with him. His father disappeared when he found out that her mother was HIV positive. her mother being a house wife and jobless she underwent a lot of emotional and financial frustrations. Her mother ‘s delivery was successful by the grace of God and since then until today Agwambo has never known where his father is, he is five years of age.
Because of the poverty and struggles his mother has not been able to take him to school since there is no school fees and enough basic needs to sustain them although he is already of school going age. Allied Orphan Outreach came handy in a small way through Tobbys generous financial support and bought food stuffs that are a basic need to Agwambo. We thank God for you and pray that He will bless you more.
Fidel Castro is four years old and in kindergarten at Sango Primary school. His father died 3years ago when he was only one year old. Her mother has no job and this makes it difficult to make ends meet.
Basic needs and education and shelter is not guaranteed in that family. Their mother mainly depends on odd jobs and handouts to support her family.
Through Allied Orphans outreach Castro is able to benefit from the food program and hence able to get his daily bread.
John Jerry is a boy 10years of age currently in class four at Homa Bay Primary School. His father died 3years ago and left them under their mothers care. The mother Lilian Akinyi is unemployed and mainly depends on well wishers support as well as simple odd jobs like domestic house help. Since John’s father died he has been experiencing huge problem of school fees and most of the time stays home while other children go to school.
Another challenge is the distance from home to school is too far around 2km away hence he requires means of transport. Since his father was the bread winner, they currently cannot afford even two meals in a day consistently. Thank God Micah, a well wisher in Australia through Allied Orphans today John will be able to have a meal on his table and an order for his school uniform has been made. May God bless your generous support.
Please note that many more children still require support so please help them out.
